Your evidence is yours; the service organises it

Ownership

You retain ownership of the chart evidence, trade notes, playbook text, corrections, and other content you provide, subject to rights in third-party source material. You grant the service only the permission needed to store, process, display, back up, and return that content to you.

Machine use

Chart evidence can be processed to extract candidate fields, calculate deterministic rules, build private related-evidence links, and fulfil an AI review you explicitly request. Related-evidence links remain user-scoped. The product does not turn your evidence into public signals or trading instructions.

Product measurement

The service uses no third-party product analytics SDK. A closed list of private, user-scoped workflow events measures activation and evidence completion. Events never contain symbols, prices, notes, screenshots, support text, or OAuth material; they expire after 90 days, appear in your export, and can be disabled and deleted from the signed-in export page.

Export your data

Signed-in users can download a complete, versioned archive containing journal records, playbooks, evidence-test cohorts, reports, relationship and import provenance, and owned evidence files. Passwords, tokens, signed URLs, and internal rate-limit data are excluded.

Capture recovery on this device

While you edit a capture, bounded text is kept in this browser tab for up to 24 hours. Images, AI review payloads, credentials, and signed URLs are excluded. Restore or discard an interrupted draft on the capture page. Saving that draft or signing out in this tab removes it. Tab closure normally ends the browser session; a browser that restores tabs may retain session storage until expiry is checked on return. On a shared device, sign out when finished.

Deletion

Deletion requests are handled through authenticated support until a self-service control is shipped. The operator must verify identity, identify active data and backup obligations, record completion, and avoid implying immediate erasure where infrastructure retention prevents it.
