Use the service to organise your own trading evidence, playbooks, outcomes, and retrospective research. Do not probe other accounts, upload unlawful material, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, or use the product to present generated output as guaranteed financial advice.
No financial advice or execution
AI Trade Journal does not place orders, predict profit, guarantee results, or issue buy and sell instructions. You remain responsible for trading decisions, broker records, tax records, regulatory obligations, and checking every extracted field before save.
Beta availability
The service can change, pause, degrade, or contain errors during beta. Important evidence should also be retained in records you control. No payment is collected during the current beta and no account will be automatically converted to a paid plan.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide and grant the service the limited operational permission described in the data-use notice. You must have the right to provide that content and should avoid uploading secrets or unrelated personal information.
Formal review required
A binding legal agreement still requires the operator's legal name, contact details, governing law, liability position, consumer-law review, privacy obligations, and any future billing terms. This page deliberately does not invent those facts.
